At Aptiva Health, our immediate injury care clinics allow patients to walk-in for a wide arrange of injuries to be seen immediately. From lacerations to broken bones and sprains and strains, our urgent injury care clinics allow patients direct access to the highest level of injury care on a walk-in basis.
Our Approach:
At Aptiva Health, we take a multi-specialty approach to provide specialty-based care for urgent injuries. Our immediate injury clinics provide on-site digital x-ray, medical evaluations, and consultations with specialty trained medical staff. The advantage to having walk-in access to our team of injury specialists allows patients to have immediate care and to be directly scheduled in an expedited manner for additional services needed within the Aptiva Health system.

THOMAS HUHN, MD
Dr. Huhn is double board certified in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He has been practicing medicine across Kentucky for more than 15 years. Dr. Huhn has been published for his expertise in treating pediatric emergencies, orthopedic injuries, and abdominal trauma, amongst other things.
ROBERT WILLIAMS, MD
Dr. Williams board certified in Emergency Medicine. He graduated from University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 2012 before completing his residency training in Emergency Medicine at University of Oklahoma in 2015. Dr. Williams has been in practice for more than five years and excels in treating urgent and emergent medical illnesses, conditions, and injuries.
SCOTT CHRISTENSEN, PA-C
Scott Christensen, PA-C has been a physician assistant for nearly 25 years. Scott completed his physician assistant studies at the University of Kentucky in 1997. Scott works as Dr. Huhn’s physician assistant seeing patients in both Lexington and Louisville for urgent medical needs, general medical examinations, and walk-in medical appointments.
ZEUS LEE, PA-C
Zeus Lee, PA-C is a certified physician assistant in our General Medicine Department. Zeus has extensive experience in trauma and non-operative orthopedic surgery. He has worked as an Emergency Medicine physician assistant and is in the Kentucky Army National Guard. At Aptiva Health, Zeus treats patients at our Louisville Immediate Injury Care Center.
JENNIFER RAISLEY, PA-C
Jennifer been a orthopedic physician assistant for 17 years. She is also an active member of the military and specializes in treating acute and orthopedic injuries and conditions. At Aptiva Health, Jennifer treats patients in our Lexington Immediate Injury Care Center and works directly with our orthopedic surgeons.
