Mental Wellness
Our Aptiva Mental Wellness team personnel represent the fields of psychiatry, psychology, neuropsychology, and medical disciplines related to mental wellness such as sleep disturbances. Please note that while we specialize in trauma interventions, our services are not limited to trauma-related care. We provide a wide range of services to ensure an integrated, wholistic approach to improve the quality of life for everyone under our care.
When addressing your care, we believe it is crucial to consider the medical, psychological, and environmental aspects of mental wellness:
As we learn more about the interactions between the mind and body in the medical and mental health fields, we increasingly recognize the need to address the physical aspects of the mind-body interactions.
Our psychological approach includes emotions, cognitions, and behaviors.
The environmental focus covers everything outside of you, including work, home life, relationships, and more.
Because we desire to address your mental wellness through a wholistic team approach, we have established an integrated Aptiva Mental Wellness. You may already be familiar with terms like behavioral health and mental health, but “mental wellness” may be new to you. At Aptiva Health, we focus on the overall mental well-being of our patients, hence the use of “wellness” in our name. Our comprehensive approach to care is unmatched in the region, bridging the gap between physical and mental health to provide you with the support and guidance you need.
We invite you to embark on your unique, specialized wellness journey with Aptiva. Together, we can restore your well-being and empower you to thrive with a good quality of life.
