The physical therapists at Aptiva Health were phenomenal in their knowledge of exercises and treatments to help me get better. The care I received from beginning to end exceeded my expectations just knowing that they truly cared about my well-being. I highly recommend these two if you’re ever in need of top notch Physical Therapy care.
— Jessica H.
My experience with Aptiva Health was absolutely AMAZING. Sydney was very professional, personable, & very knowledgeable. She & Katie make a great team. I feel better & happy I had the opportunity. I would refer anyone!
— Stephanie J.
When I came to Aptiva to complete Physical Therapy, I met Katie with a smile on her face. She was very welcoming, she asked me questions to make me feel more comfortable and demonstrated the exercises to make sure I knew what to do, and do them correctly and safely. She was very compassionate and gentle, but the one thing I like most about Katie is the fact that she was focused on me with each and every step. I never disliked coming to PT for treatment with Katie, and I would ask for her services again in the future if needed. It’s clear she loves what she does—-she’s so good at her job, it just comes natural! She made sure I was back to my old self before I got released, thank you Katie for all you did for me.
— Terelyn B.
Katie is very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend her and I commend her.
— Phillip T.
I was on vacation in Florida when a balcony collapsed on me. Luckily it didn’t fall all the way through but it fell at least 2 feet, causing an injury to my left shoulder, lower back and neck which created so much pain for me. I first started treating with Sydney for Physical Therapy—-She was amazing, very informative and within 2 weeks she had me feeling a lot better. I also treated with Katie and she was amazing as well! When it was time for me to be discharged from treatment, Katie offered to email me home therapy plans if my symptoms ever flared up again. I felt very comfortable with the staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It feels good to treat somewhere that I can refer others to and I let them know how awesome you all are!
— Nicki V.
The staff is amazing and makes every visit bright. Always allowing a laugh and a smile. Superb!
I want to put in a good word for PT Will. I had a period of breathing difficulty for approx. a week. He followed my reports from pulmonologist and was very careful to not add to my stress during that time. I was very comfortable in his care.
Physical therapy and front staff are amazing.
Staff experience was excellent. Dry needling is working for me. I love my therapist.
You have a wonderful staff. Words can’t describe how amazing Penny is.
A quick note to express my appreciation for the fantastic care you and your team have been able to provide with all my old man aches and pains. I would never have believed that a few short weeks could make such a difference in my quality of life. I feel ten years younger. The exercises, adjustments and dry needling was evidently exactly what was needed to eliminate the pain in my shoulders, neck and lower back. Just as importantly, I now know what I need to do to keep myself feeling this healthy.
